Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, jackhammers) and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling under the supervision of foremen.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials with precision and care.
- Adhere to all project timelines and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Legal Authorization: Must hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction or related labor roles.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and Social Security Number (or equivalent).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required to understand safety protocols and team instructions.
