Responsibilities
- Oversee $5M+ commercial construction projects from blueprint to completion
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ skilled tradespeople and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and Arizona building codes
- Coordinate with municipal inspectors and regulatory agencies
- Optimize project timelines and budgets using Procore software
- Implement sustainable construction practices for LEED certification
- Conduct weekly safety audits and quality control assessments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on construction management experience
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule/budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies
- Ability to read/interpret architectural blueprints and engineering specs
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to job sites across the Phoenix metro area
