Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS/GCP for enterprise clients
- Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO 27001 standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code/architecture reviews
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product teams to define cloud strategy roadmap
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices
- Professional certification (AWS Solutions Architect Expert/GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in high-availability environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
