Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy and design for Project 2026 systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor engineering teams on best practices in distributed systems and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging technologies in quantum computing and machine learning.
- Ensure system security and compliance with international data protection regulations.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large-scale data processing.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
