Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Implement robust MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate the latest advancements in AI into our core products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production at scale.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems is highly desirable.
