Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for enterprise clients
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and hardware issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software integration projects
- Document technical processes and maintain system documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or IT support
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
