Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tech relocation logistics for residential and corporate clients
- Execute secure packing, transportation, and setup of IT equipment (servers, networks, personal devices)
- Perform pre-move tech audits and post-move functionality testing
- Provide remote troubleshooting during transition and 30-day stabilization period
- Develop customized relocation checklists and SOPs for diverse tech environments
- Collaborate with moving teams to ensure tech-specific handling protocols
- Maintain detailed documentation of relocation processes and client requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support, logistics, or relocation coordination
- Expertise in network hardware setup (routers, switches, access points)
- Experience with data migration and cloud service transitions
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under time constraints
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
