Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Strategy: Define the AI technical roadmap and architectural patterns for future products and services.
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing models to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the product lifecycle.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and evaluate their applicability to our business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
