Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure engineering standards compliance
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging AI/ML integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (international degrees welcome)
- 3+ years experience in software development with Java/Python
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and testing frameworks
- Optional: Prior experience in international/multicultural work environments
