Responsibilities
Design, code, and test high-quality software applications using industry-standard methodologies.Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure system reliability and performance.Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and infrastructure.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes for future reference.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and precision.Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
