Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and managers in executing daily technical tasks and project milestones.
- Participate in structured training workshops to develop industry-specific technical skills.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports for internal strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems and improve workflows.
- Document processes, code, and project updates in our internal knowledge base.
- Attend client meetings and provide support during the initial stages of project delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
- Valid eligibility for J1 Visa sponsorship or currently holding a J1 visa.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with professional communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week.
