Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy for AI model deployment, optimization, and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emerging AI technologies to ensure our systems remain at the cutting edge.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance compliance for all AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
