Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation Agentic AI systems.
- Define technical strategies for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Optimize model inference and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to guide R&D investments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with a focus on LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and LangChain frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
