Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple departments
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships for procurement
- Act as primary liaison for internal/external communications and client interactions
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive team
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for document management
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional time management
- Strong attention to detail with impeccable organizational skills
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
