Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with professional correspondence
- Assist in project coordination, meeting preparation, and deadline tracking for cross-functional teams
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain accurate documentation databases
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and employee record management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
