Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-fidelity 2D illustrations and vector assets for web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex user requirements into intuitive visual solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Optimize graphics for performance and scalability across different devices and resolutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the creative culture of the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D design, illustration, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating commercial application of 2D design principles.
- Familiarity with Figma and prototyping workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
