Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-fidelity 2D animations for web, mobile, and TV campaigns.
- Translate storyboards and scripts into fluid motion graphics with precise timing and spacing.
- Collaborate with the sound design team to ensure audio-visual harmony.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all deliverables.
- Optimize animation files for web performance without compromising quality.
- Provide mentorship to junior animators and junior designers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Experience with rigging and puppet tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or Fine Arts.
