Job Description
We are seeking a visionary 2D Animator to join our elite creative studio in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing characters and stories to life through high-quality motion graphics and sequential art. You will work closely with our art directors and writers to ensure every frame communicates the intended emotion and narrative arc.

Responsibilities
- Create fluid, high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics from storyboards and scripts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and maintain brand consistency across all media.
- Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce final assets.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback on ongoing projects.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and squash-and-stretch principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
