Your Impact:
As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for elevating our visual language and ensuring our digital products leave a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Engineering) to align visual assets with product goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from initial concept and storyboarding to final rendering and delivery.
- Optimize assets for various platforms and screen sizes to ensure seamless performance.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall team output.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and tools to continuously innovate our visual language.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or related design fields.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced timing, spacing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience with vector animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Lottie) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Principle).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
