Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with the art department to create storyboards, character rigs, and style frames.
- Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce polished, pixel-perfect motion graphics.
- Optimize animation assets for performance and cross-device compatibility.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and maintain a high standard of visual consistency across all projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in 2D animation and motion design to continuously innovate our creative output.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 2D animation principles, timing, and spacing.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and basic knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of animation software tools, rigging, and rendering pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
