Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex concepts into visual stories.
- Optimize animation assets for web performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless playback across devices.
- Maintain and evolve our design system components related to motion and micro-interactions.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or animation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, spacing, character animation, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Principle, or Protopie.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
