Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and UI assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Design and execute engaging motion graphics and animations using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimize all visual assets for performance, scalability, and accessibility across various devices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to maintain high creative standards.
- Stay ahead of design trends and contribute innovative ideas to the creative direction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both static design and motion work.
- Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Experience with version control and asset management workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
