Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Create detailed storyboards, character designs, and visual assets using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the creative director to translate abstract concepts into fluid, professional motion sequences.
- Optimize animation files for web performance without compromising visual fidelity.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure animations render correctly across all devices and browsers.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our animation pipeline.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator with advanced knowledge of expressions and scripting.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including character animation, UI motion, and 2D illustration.
- Excellent understanding of timing, easing, and the principles of animation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and WebGL is a plus.
