Your Mission:
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can translate abstract architectural concepts into robust, scalable code. You will own the technical vision for our core platform and mentor a team of talented engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 Framework, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy monolithic architectures to distributed 2026-compliant systems.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture audits to maintain code quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and deliver feature roadmaps ahead of schedule.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system throughput for high-scale data processing.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in the 2026 Protocol, including its modular microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in modern languages (Rust, Go, TypeScript) and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
