Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AI autonomy)
- Design resilient business models for 2026+ market volatility and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to align breakthrough innovations with long-term strategic goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology forecasting
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, PESTLE, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with visionary insights
