Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products for delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing slips and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations during peak seasonal hours.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or proof of eligibility for sponsorship.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for reading labels and safety documents.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
