Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including packing, sorting, and staging merchandise for distribution.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and delivery vehicles to ensure timely operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to the logistics manager immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and performance goals.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship or valid current work authorization in the United States.
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
