Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to meet strict health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and attendance requirements.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States under H2B visa regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
