Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation.
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid eligibility to work in the United States (H2B Visa holders encouraged).
