Job Overview
As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise and materials efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the United States (H2B Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
