Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
- Package and label goods for shipment, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and stock rotation.
- Operate scanning equipment and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (valid passport and foreign work history required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays during peak season.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
