Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural processing machinery with precision
- Perform quality control inspections on produce batches
- Adhere to OSHA and food safety protocols at all times
- Document production metrics using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak harvest periods
- Participate in equipment calibration and preventive maintenance
- Report operational issues to shift supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months industrial/agricultural machinery operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in varying temperatures

- Basic English proficiency for safety communications
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
