- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the season.
- Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
