Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily processing, sorting, and packaging of agricultural and seasonal products with high attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts, and report discrepancies to management promptly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard industrial machinery and handheld tools as trained and certified.
- Quality Control: Ensure all output meets our high-quality standards and customer specifications.
- Remote Admin Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, timesheets, and digital compliance checks from a remote location when not on the production floor.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold a valid H2B non-immigrant work visa.
- Documentation: Must present a valid passport and visa I-94 documentation upon hiring.
- Experience: Prior experience in agriculture, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required for safety instructions and team communication.
- Reliability: Must be available to work full-time hours during the peak season (May - September).
