Responsibilities
- Operate heavy and light machinery and equipment as trained and directed by supervisors.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, sorting, and packing goods.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of provided equipment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain).
- Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Basic English language skills for communication and safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
