Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform routine quality control checks on finished goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility for sponsorship.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
