Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate and monitor standard manufacturing and production equipment to ensure consistent output.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Assembly & Packing: Assist in the assembly of products and perform accurate packing and labeling for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize materials, and assist in inventory counts as needed.
- Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery and workstations to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and the ability to work full-time hours, including overtime if necessary.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required to ensure safety and effective communication.
- Visa Status: Candidates must be eligible to work in the US or require visa sponsorship (EB3).
