Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet company standards before packaging and shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery based on daily production schedules.
- Inventory Accuracy: Assist in cycle counts and stock reconciliation to maintain precise inventory records.
- Adherence to Safety: Strictly follow all OSHA safety guidelines, GMP protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must possess a valid H2B Visa and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency required to understand instructions and communicate with team leads.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
