Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and packaging tasks according to strict quality standards and customer specifications.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Document production data accurately and report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets are met daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Chula Vista.
