Responsibilities
- Packaging & Processing: Perform manual labor tasks including sorting, packing, and processing agricultural products according to quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse machinery, forklifts, and processing equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work areas meet strict safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory tracking and organization of finished goods.
- General Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including waste disposal and equipment upkeep.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to apply for one immediately.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required to understand safety instructions and verbal communication.
- Reliability: Strong work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Fresno, CA facility.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, food processing, or warehouse labor is preferred but not mandatory.
