Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery and assembly lines efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and grade products according to strict quality control and safety standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during daily operations.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of finished goods for shipment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current H2B Visa or demonstrate eligibility for sponsorship.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency required for reading safety signs and following instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in agriculture, food processing, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to start work immediately upon visa approval for the 2026 season.
