Responsibilities
- Execute seasonal duties within food processing and packaging lines.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and equipment safely.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, sorting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B Visa.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40+ hours/week) during peak season.
- Physical stamina required to work in various weather conditions and stand for long shifts.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno worksite.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
