Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks related to packing, sorting, and processing agricultural products.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards set by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and hygiene.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers according to shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid H2B visa (or be ready to apply).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Previous experience in agriculture, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
