Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to strict safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Operate industrial machinery and hand tools to complete assigned orders efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, attendance requirements, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production quotas.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible for an H2B non-immigrant visa (Petition ready or I-797 approval).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English language proficiency for understanding safety instructions and verbal communication.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or construction is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak production seasons.
