Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest services in resort amenities (pools, dining, recreation)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep
- Assist with guest check-ins and special event operations
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Follow all safety protocols and resort guidelines
- Participate in seasonal training programs
- Support resort operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (no prior visa required)
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Valid passport and eligibility to work in the US
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
