Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Perform detailed quality control checks on finished products.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B Visa and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to the St. Louis facility.
