Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure packaging meets company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and shipping preparation.
- Adhere to strict production schedules and meet daily output goals.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding production needs and operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, though not always mandatory for entry-level unskilled roles.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English proficiency required to understand safety instructions and communicate with supervisors.
- Valid identification documents required for onboarding and visa processing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- No prior specialized technical experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
