Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely forklift, pallet jack, and stack materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery accurately and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no degree required for this position.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule including weekends if necessary.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory; familiarity with barcode scanners and computer systems is a plus.
