Responsibilities
- Perform general agricultural tasks, including planting, harvesting, and packing produce.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality standards and timely production.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and physical demands of the job.
- Assist with general site maintenance and cleanup as required.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or hold a valid H2B Visa.
- No prior farming or agricultural experience is necessary; we teach you everything.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing and walking.
- Must be available to work seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are required for safety and team coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
