Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of all guest rooms and common areas.
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Restock amenities and supplies to maintain high standards of presentation.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces as required by the schedule.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain an H2B non-immigrant visa (US).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, walking).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
- Valid ID and legal authorization to work in the United States.
